India's first bridge museum is being built in Patna, Bihar. This unique museum is taking shape directly beneath the under-construction Bidupur-Kachi Dargah six-lane Ganga bridge. According to the video, the museum is being established to showcase the construction stories and technical journey of this developing bridge. Visitors will not only be able to see the massive six-lane bridge over the Ganga river, but also understand the complete process behind its engineering.
According to the video, this bridge museum is located near the ramp of the Bidupur-Kachi Dargah six-lane Ganga bridge that descends toward Kachi Dargah in Patna. Construction of the museum building is underway within the open area inside the trumpet interchange rotary built near Kachi Dargah. The building seen under construction in the video is rapidly taking shape as the bridge museum, situated between the connectivity arms leading towards Old NH 30 and Bidupur.
The primary highlight of the museum will be to present every detail of the construction of this massive extradosed cable-stayed bridge built over the Ganga river. It will showcase in detail the technical and geographical challenges faced by engineers and construction teams while building such an immense structure over the flowing Ganga river. In addition, special arrangements are being made to explain the technical complexities and engineering solutions involved in the bridge's construction.
The video states that 3D projections inside the museum will display key glimpses of the construction work. With the help of this three-dimensional projection and visuals, visitors will easily understand how this massive bridge was constructed across the river. Alongside this, beautiful photographs depicting the construction journey and architectural grandeur of the six-lane bridge will also be displayed on a large scale.
This is the first time in the country that such an initiative is being undertaken where a dedicated museum is being constructed alongside a major bridge project. Through this facility, visitors will be able to gain a clear understanding of the bridge's construction stories, photographs, 3D projections, and its benefits. According to the video, this first bridge museum in the country will offer people an opportunity to closely witness and understand Bihar's changing infrastructure and its stories of transformation.
At present, construction work on the bridge museum building is underway. According to the video, as soon as construction work is completed, it will be opened to the public. Once completed, visitors will be able to visit and experience the construction history, grand photographs, and technical journey of the Bidupur-Kachi Dargah six-lane Ganga bridge.
